It’s about whether you’re making an impact, making a difference.
It’s about whether you’re taking responsibility, whether you’re supposed to or not.
It’s about whether you’re growing, moving, creating, sharing, teaching, learning – and doing any of that to make change happen.
So the question isn’t whether you’re a leader or not. It’s what sort of leader are you?
